Tapioca Starch
Tapioca is a starch extracted from cassava root. It consists of almost pure carbs and contains very little protein, fiber, or other nutrients. Tapioca has recently become popular as a gluten-free alternative to wheat and other grains.

- Appearance :White powder
- Starch Content : At least 85% by weight
- Moisture : At most 14% by weight
- Ash Content : At most 0.20% by weight
- pH : 5.0–7.0
- SO2 : At most 10 ppm
- HCN : Less than 10 ppm
- Fiber Content : At most 0.2 cc per 50 g of starch content
- Sieve Test :At least 95% pass through 150 mesh
- Gelatinization Temperature :62 and 65°C
